1. Services

Our legal support services include document review, custom drafting, consultation on offer terms, and guidance on disclosure requirements. Services are scheduled by mutual agreement and delivered by qualified professionals.

2. Info Products

Info products consist of digital guides, templates, video tutorials, and webinar recordings provided in electronic format for download or online access.

3. Goods

Goods refer to printed materials such as bound forms, checklists, and instructional booklets shipped to your address.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services, info products, and goods are listed on brokerbriefs and are payable at the time of purchase. Payment methods accepted will be displayed during checkout.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Legal Support Services

You may cancel or reschedule a service free of charge by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of fees paid. If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment or after services have commenced, no refund will be issued. You may transfer a service date once without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

5.2 Info Products

Digital materials are available for download or streaming upon purchase. If you have not accessed or downloaded the content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you download or stream the info product, no refunds will be granted due to the nature of electronic delivery.

5.3 Physical Products

Unopened and undamaged printed materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Customized or sealed items that have been opened or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by brokerbriefs, including documents, templates, and materials, is protected by copyright and remains the property of brokerbriefs or its licensors. You may use materials solely for your personal or business practice and may not distribute, reproduce, or sublicense them.

7. Limitation of Liability

brokerbriefs provides guidance based on applicable regulations and best practices. We are not liable for outcomes of transactions or professional decisions made using our materials or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
